Administrator - Compliance, Risk and Governance

We are currently working with an innovative, family-run SME who are actively seeking aCompliance, Risk and Governance administratorto join their team based inHarrogate,soon relocating toThorp arch(just outside of Wetherby)

As a Compliance, Risk and Governance administrator, you will work with our senior management team to ensure our Quality Management Systems, Product Registration, and allied regulatory duties are fulfilled, and that the company management systems are developed to include new requirements for compliance with Environment, Health and Safety and Business Continuity.

Key duties and responsibilities....

  • Play a major role in the maintaining and developing of our Quality Management System and Product Registration programs.
  • Develop new processes and systems for Business Continuity Management, Environmental standards, GDPR and Health and Safety compliance.
  • Develop new systems for cataloguing essential Product Information databases
  • Assist with preparation of new Tender contracts and develop systems for existing contract administration.
  • Management review meetings, maintain records and ensure follow up actions are taken.
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Check all employment documents are in place, inductions being done.
  • Keep training log's up to date.
  • Raise logs, map progress, measure effectiveness.
  • Product Complaints, ensure complaints progressed, closed and document trial is completed.
  • Quality Targets, measure and report

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft programs (email, word, excel, teams).
  • Experience in database programs would be desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to work under direction but also with own initiative
  • Experience working within an SME business would be desirable

Benefits

  • Salaries between £28,000 - £33,000 per annum DOE
  • 23 days holiday + 8 days BH (increasing by one day each year of service to 30 days after 5 years' service)
