AVP - Payment Fraud Risk Analyst

On behalf of our client, a well-established International Bank, we are looking for a Fluent French speaking Payment Fraud Risk Analyst for a 12 month fixed term contract.
As part of the Fraud Risk Monitoring team the main purpose of the role is to manage the First Line of Defense for payment Fraud Monitoring. This will include alert handling and full end to end investigation of applicable payment fraud alerts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensure alerts are managed in accordance with agreed SLA and procedures
* Prompt notification and escalation internally of suspicious transactions
* Applicable of internal controls of the wider team
* Daily MI reporting
* Maintenance of internal procedures
* End to end investigation of suspicious transactions including client outreach
Essential skills & experience required:
* Previous knowledge and experience of a payment monitoring role
* Sound knowledge of payment regulation such as PSD2 (Payment Services Directive), open banking
* Degree or equivalent
* Fluent in English and French; written and spoken
* Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Able to work in a high-volume work environment
