Large London Business is urgently recruiting for the Control and Risk Manager for their 9 months project.
This role is purely for candiddates with current/recent experience of SAP GRC Access Control.
The role of the Controls and Risk Manager is to lead and manage virtual teams of financial control professionals which will provide the organisation with an independent assurance facility over key financial risks, controls and processes in order to aid accuracy and completeness. It will be required work on the development and implementation of the Controls Framework that will deliver an enhanced control environment across the whole of the Group in line with the CFO's Assurance programme.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial controls background coupled with strong cross functional business partnering and operational skills along with line management experience and strong interpersonal and communications skills.
The Role:
Implement and maintain Consolidated Controls Framework (Risk maps, Process flowcharts, Risk and Control Matrices (RACM) in conjunction with operational business units Develop and maintain the process for Financial controls evaluation and documentation within the Control Framework Continually develop and maintain an effective program of controls evaluation and testing in conjunction with Group Internal Audit and company Finance policies Oversee the monitoring and testing of current and future control effectiveness ensuring remediating actions and recommendations are driven through to completion Support internal and external Audit to efficiently plan and execute audits following through with closure of audit findings where necessary Identify implications of data and draw appropriate conclusions to generate viable options / solutions to control issues and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative New products and systems - specify and implement Finance controls for new products, processes and systems Provide central control guidance and advice on an ad hoc basis and project basis as requiredThe Person:
