Upto £30,000 plus benefits

A highly regarded Independent Financial Advisers practice in Harrogate are looking to recruit an experienced Employee Benefits / Group Risk Administrator, to join their focused and friendly team.

The role will include some of the following:

  • As part of the employee benefits team, you will be carrying out the day-to-day management of group schemes, communicating with clients.
  • Familiarity with The Pensions Regulator and the Group Risk market.
  • Provide first class administration support to the Corporate Services Director, working together with Advisers, in order to provide the corporate client with a positive profession al experience
  • To deal with queries from clients, Advisers, colleagues and Product Providers, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor and oversee the smooth running of existing accounts

The ideal candidate must have/be:

  • You will hold at least 2 years' experience working with Group Risk and Pensions and be comfortable working under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and exposure to report writing would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable
  • IT literate, polite, confident, and proud of your work, with outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with a preference for working in a structured manner
