What you will be doing

As the Enterprise Risk Business Partner you will support and help to embed a comprehensive risk management framework for the business. By working closely with colleagues in the Risk, Audit and Assurance team and other business colleagues, you will support decision-making and ensure that we operate within best practice throughout governance, accountability, risk management and integrated assurance arrangements.

We're looking for you to:

Able to provide assurance to the Executive, Audit Committee and Board on key risk matters through supporting the regular delivery of the Company Risk Report, incorporating the company risk profile with expert analysis in all risk areas supported by specialist functions and ensuring key controls are effectively mapped to the risk universe.
Support the strengthening of the Lines of Defence and Governance models through supporting the development, implementation and updating the system of Enterprise Risk Management, including policies, standards and guidance, to reflect the evolving nature of the company.
Support the identification, development and implementation of tools and technology to support enterprise risk management.
Act as the key administrator and system expert for risk software to support the risk universe database and risk reporting.
Be the key interface for Risk, Audit and Assurance with Thames Water risk champions and co-ordinators, the wider risk community and other key stakeholders to co-ordinate and support routine risk deliverables, development of risk management and audit and assurance activity.
Develop and deliver risk training across the risk, audit and assurance community and other relevant groups.What's in it for you?
