Fire Risk Assessor - Home Working covering sites in the South East
We are currently looking to recruit and an experienced and qualified Fire Risk Assessor to work alongside various commercial and residential clients to cover the South East. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a leading Risk Management Consultancy that offers flexible home working conditions and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking fire risk assessments in accordance with nationally recognised guidance in an appropriate format, to an accepted standard in a timely manner.
* Liaising with the fire safety co coordinator and head of fire risk management to deliver risk assessments in line with our contractual requirements. Liaising with sub consultants.
* Attending client meetings when necessary.
* Undertake peer review/validation of others work.
* Manage the expectation of assigned clients
Knowledge, Experience and qualifications required:
* Demonstrable evidence of 5 years' experience in a relevant fire safety role.
* Suitable nationally recognised formal qualifications in Fire Safety
* Experience of residential/social housing would be preferred.
