Here at N Brown, we're looking for a Graduate (GRC) Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our IT Security, Risk and Shared Services team!

You will be working as part of the digital technology division and responsible for leading the day to day technology, cyber and data governance risk management functions. You will form part of a growing team to proactively manage technology risks, in line with industry recognised standards, providing a key 1st line function for N Brown as a regulated business.

As Graduate (GRC) Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst at N Brown, your responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing the GRC risk register, working closely with wider divisional functions responsible for mitigating technology risks.
Coordinating assurance testing of digital technologies key controls, demonstrating the effectiveness of these controls with BI / MI reporting.
Working as part of the wider 3LOD model to give the business 1st line assurance of the technology compliance obligations, liaising with other functions such as internal audit.
Developing and growing the business GRC tool and digitalise the divisions risk management processes.
Working closely with senior cyber & technology risk leads, gaining invaluable experience in the management of technology risks in a digital business.
Confidently reporting on technology risks to senior managers and senior stakeholders. Using solid presentation skills to ensure that material risks are clearly articulated and convey their significance.
