Job Description:

My client is looking to develop the Group Risk & Healthcare area of the business by providing support to their partners from a centralised team.

Working in a team of 10, this role will see you become an important part of the centralised team, supporting Partners and the Head of Group Risk & Wellbeing to manage an existing portfolio of Group Risk & Healthcare clients.

The role will see you take responsibility for a block of Group Risk schemes for a range of corporate clients and for that block you will take initial advice calls, prepare quotes and negotiate with insurers as well as carry out face to face and telephone advice meetings with clients.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

To be considered you will have previous experience of working within an Insurer, Employee Benefit Consultancy or Financial Advisory environment as a Group Risk Co-ordinator.

You will also need to have the GR1 or IF1 or equivalent.

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of Group Risk products and the market, excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.

Salary/Benefits Information:

The salary on offer is competitive and on top of that you will be entitled to: matched pension contributions up to 7.5%, Income Protection, 4 X DIS, Critical Illness cover, Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance and Medical cash plan.
