This is a new Health & Safety Risk Assessor position for a leading and growing managing agent, to help oversee health & safety across a mixed-use portfolio of properties.

The business is a UK based, market-leading company that successfully oversees commercial, retail and mixed-use schemes.

This is a hands-on role to assist Facilities Managers and Centre Managers with their properties throughout London, with some travel slightly further afield from time to time.


Based primarily in London.


Help oversee health & safety across the portfolio, implement new legislation and work closely with other company employees to ensure adherence to legislation.
This Health & Safety Risk Assessor will conduct site inspections and will ensure compliance.
Conduct health & safety performance reviews and audits across the sites.
You will be responsible for helping train Facilities Managers, Shopping Centre Managers and other company personnel.
The successful individual will also conduct inspections of sites and will liaise with tenants and landlords.Who:

Strong knowledge in health & safety legislation, ideally in the property sector.
Experience building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
