Legionella Risk Assessor

£18000 - £25000 + company van + benefits

An established facilities management company are seeking an experienced and qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to join their successful team, to conduct work based in the Cambridge area.

They are seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor who is looking to take the next step in their career, willing to travel to jobs in the East Midlands/East Anglia area of the UK. You will therefore have a full UK driving license and be willing to travel to be successful in this role.

Key Duties

* Carrying out risk assessments (in line with ACOP L8)

* Surveying water systems and supplies in line with ACOP L8

* Produce schematic drawings and documents for clients

* Prepare quotes and consultations for remedial works and routine control measures

* Provide monthly temperature testing and water sampling

* Liaise with clients to discuss report findings and provide honest recommendations

Required Experience

* City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing
* 2 years' experience working within a Legionella Risk Assessor position- ideally within a specialist Consultancy.
* Outstanding knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274
* Strong verbal & written communication
* Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to work/communicate with people at all levels
