Low Risk Coordinator - Nights

Description:

You will lead nominated colleagues & manage the consistent application of processes within a given area, to ensure ingredients are packed, transferred, prepped and printed to agreed time scale and standards to keep production lines and prep running without downtime.

Your key accountabilities will be: 1. Deliver area productivity & efficiency targets, resolving problems & issues as they arise, ensuring no downtime to production keeping them as close to production plan as possible2. Continuously monitor all operational processesthe overall production environment to ensure that activity comply with food safety manufacturing Standards.

3. Monitor the effectiveness of machinery & equipment through Pre starts & Observations, highlighting trends & issues to ensure asset performance is consist &reliable.

4. Promote a good health, safety & environmental culture within the department, that complies with procedures, accident investigation, corrective actions & completes near miss reporting, Behavioural Observations, to promote a safe working environment.

5. Review operational trends within area to identify & act on opportunities that make sustainable improvements to increase quality, performance and/or profit in support of the shift operational plan.

6. Monitor & review team capability, ensuring all staff are clearly focused on their key objectives & developed to maximise their potential.

7. Detailed handovers between shifts, informing of any issues, (materials,

engineering etc.) helping nights to run efficient and effectively but also building the relationship between shifts

The shift patterns we have avaliable are Sun - Wed / Sun - Tues. Your working hours will be 5.30am - 5.30pm
