Take the next step in your career as a Risks and Audit Manager for an established legal practice in Greater Manchester.

Joining the firm's office in the Sale area, the successful manager will utilise their skills and expertise to develop risk models and oversee the operation of controls for the firm's risk management and audit processes. There may be some requirement for the successful candidate to travel to different offices as required.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing risk management frameworks
Overseeing the audit process
Risk analysis and reporting
Crisis management
Conducting due diligence on new group acquisitions
Management of internal audit programme
Delivering training on compliance and risk awareness
Producing business continuity plans
Acting as line manager for the audit teamThe Candidate

A minimum of three years' experience gained within a law firm will be essential
Demonstrates knowledge of law firms' operations and compliance framework
Possesses outstanding communication skills
Highly organised in their work with a keen eye for detail
Is pro-active, reliable and hardworking
Strong leadership skills will be essential
Able to build strong, long-lasting relationshipsThe Firm
