We are proud of the services we provide and with ambitious plans to continue this rapid growth, we are looking for a Quality, Risk and Assurance Co-ordinator to join our team at our Service Delivery Centre based in Enfield. This is a great opportunity within our Housing Management business, following the success of the Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract win.

The Quality, Risk and Assurance Team will ensure all risk is managed effectively, processes are consistently followed and high levels of compliance is achieved throughout the contract.This role will involve working and supporting the Quality Managers across the 3 Service Hubs. Your will be responsible for monitoring safeguarding referrals, background checks along with gas and electrical compliance. Ensuring consistent, accurate and up to date data will be a key part of this role to manage risk and evidence performance to the client.

Your duties will include -

  • Responsibility for monitoring safeguarding referrals ensuring these are progressed and actioned, as appropriate.
  • Monitor gas and electrical compliance, ensuring non-compliance is escalated swiftly.
  • Provide information and respond to queries in relation to quality, risk and assurance.
  • Delivery of performance and service reporting as requested by line manager, escalating all risks and concerns
  • All records and IT data on systems is updated with accurate and up to date information. This will also need to meet contractual requirements.
  • Undertake adhoc projects and provide support and cover for colleagues and teams within Mears Housing Management
  • Ensure full compliance with Mears code of conduct, contractual terms and group policies & procedures

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to have previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a compliance/quality admin based role. Ideally you will have worked within housing / property and have experience of working in a performance focused environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate, enthusiasm, flexibility and the willingness to progress any ad-hoc tasks as required.
