Posted: 23days ago

We're recruiting on behalf of a well known business with offices throughout the UK. Due to expansion, they are seeking a risk and compliance analyst to join their team.

This role will make a daily impact on their performance and ongoing success. You will be a key member of the Risk & Compliance Team working with colleagues whom specialise in regulatory compliance, audit, data protection, supply chain, quality management and much more.

The Risk & Compliance Analyst role will play a key part in the continued success of this team as they would analyse and investigate key risk and compliance issues, review against policies and work with people to improve standards and achieve consistent quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

You will review data from various sources to produce non-compliance reports which will generate improvement actions for you, fellow team members and our team leaders across all offices.

You will be the first line of defence for compliance. You will build reports, improvement campaigns and training materials from scratch based on the issues/concerns you identify across multiple areas of the risk and compliance department.

Each policy, procedure and system in use across the business has clear requirements on its expected performance and output - you will analyse and manipulate raw data from multiple systems to produce tailored MI reports for multiple audiences of varying frequencies.

You will document and catalogue any existing report procedures across the division with a view to updating and automating them. Self-serve and automation are key objectives for the overall report suite.

You will work closely with the data protection officer, supplier and governance manager and Compliance Liaison Officer to escalate serious noncompliance and risks and will have the opportunities to develop your skills into more senior positions through daily exposure and increased responsibilities whilst working with your fellow team members.
