Lead Risk Assessor

Are you passionate about health and safety and do you want to minimise risk for colleagues and customers through effective management?

We are looking for a Lead Risk Assessor to support the management of health and safety in the management of services delivered to over 14,000 properties in Teesside and North Yorkshire. These services are delivered by our Property and Commercial Operations teams and include servicing/testing, repair and maintenance, replacement, voids, improvements, major works and regulatory compliance works.

You will take a leading role in the identification of hazards, management of risk, check documentation and complete documentation in support of the range of services delivered as required. You will be a point of contact and expertise to advise on H&S issues for colleagues in operations and you will work with our central H&S team.

You will report to our Commercial Manager and the location is flexible with our main offices in Scarborough and Redcar. In addition, we offer agile working based on business need which means we trust you to get the job done and work from wherever you choose, having the flexibility to fit in your personal commitments too.

As our Lead Risk Assessor your salary will be £26,994 rising to £28,804. This role comes with a generous \'people offer\' (see more below).
