Risk Transformation Delivery Lead

Annapurna has partnered with a leading financial services organisation in London, which are looking for a Risk Transformation Delivery Lead on an initial 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a really exciting opportunity and the salary is paying up to £ + benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for the wider business transformation programme, ensuring risk, compliance and governance requirements are fully understood and delivered.
• Working with the Head of Transformation to ensure a robust Change Risk Framework is developed and managed.
• Reporting to the Exec as well as providing quarterly updates to the Board Risk Panel.
• Support the Chief Risk Officer in discharging their responsibilities around the transformation programmes.
• Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Ensure all risks and issues are identified and handled accordingly.

Key skills & experience required:

• Must have a proven track record of delivering digital change programmes looking at all things risk and compliance.
• Experience of working in financial services or insurance would be desirable.
• Strongly results oriented and focused on pragmatically achieving outcomes.
• A clear communicator with strong leadership presence and the ability to present to executive audiences.
