Egis MENS' Business Unit (Project structuring, Operation and New Services) is one of the world leaders in the financial structuring of PPP projects, as well as in the operation of infrastructures and services. Egis and our joint venture partners have formed Connect Plus Services (CPS), which is the company responsible for managing one of the busiest motorways in Europe through Highways England's largest Design build Finance operate (DBFO) contract. Main purpose of the job:

  • Provide day to day supervision, direction and oversight of the AMO's analysis resources, systems, working practices and outputs;
  • Design, implement and operate statistical analysis methods for the complex data sets relating to the M25 asset, operation, risk profile, and performance.
  • Design, implement and operate statistical and mathematical methods to demonstrate correlation and causation between data events. Capture these relationships formally and prepare models that identify the likelihood and severity of similar events occurring in the future.
  • Proactively establish relationships and dialogue with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and its stakeholders to extract local asset knowledge, contextual understanding and engineering input and combine this with the available data to produce meaningful intelligence insights and assessments.
  • Design, prepare and produce products to communicate the analysis and intelligence function results, ensuring the outputs are fit for purpose, of appropriate accuracy, and configured to the target audience's needs.
  • Identify, develop and embed new data standards, working practices, collection technologies and analysis tools to support data capture, analysis, validation and cleansing and reporting.
  • Design, undertake and report on benchmarking activities with other relevant Asset Engineering and Asset Management organisations
  • Advance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Asset Management Office (AMO) through the enhancement of internal business governance and capability, including but not limited to:
  • o Performance measurement, analysis, reporting and Audit
    o Financial controls
    o Risk capture, reporting and mitigation
    o Policies, working practices and capabilities
    o Human Factors
  • Asset data management and improvement
