Senior Risk Analyst

My client is an established Financial Services provider based in the West Midlands. Due to the continued success of the business and subsequent expansion of the Risk function they are recruiting for a Senior Risk Analyst.

Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer you will have responsibility for providing technical support for various aspects of Risk Management within the business. Key duties will include;

* Prepare and maintain Risk documents and MI

* Provide an MI Lead within the Risk division

* Collate and interpret information/documents from within Risk

* Preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly MI

* Provide support as required to the CRO

* Monitor and develop procedures regarding Risk, liaising with appropriate Teams where necessary

* Build and maintain good relationships with Exco members and senior management

* Deputise for the CRO at meetings as appropriate

* Adhere to the Individual Conduct Rules as part of the Certification Regime

You will be a Risk professional with a minmum of 3 years experience. You will be degree educated and have a strong analytical background, including excellent excel skills. Banking experience is desirable, although not essential. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and good scope to progress within the Group
