We are currently recruiting for a Senior Risk Manager to assist in the implementation and development of risk management procedures across the Group ensuring both accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will identify and evaluate continual risk assessments and develop the policies, procedures, training and strategy to implement risk management processes. You\'ll monitor and support all business units with the risk management framework. You\'ll also provide leadership and guidance on risk management concepts, promote the value of risks with key stakeholders and facilitate risk through designated workshops, in order to promote compliance with Kier procedures.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you\'ll be degree qualified or through a professional qualification and have Membership of the Institute of Risk Management. You\'ll have demonstrable experience from an operational risk management background and a strong passion for developing risk management principles. You\'ll also have proven experience in risk management techniques and a solid understanding of project control processes. Construction industry experience is desirable.
